I would like the ability to ignore certain files, and certain comment threads. This would mean I would no longer be required to mark comments against that file or thread read, and I wouldn't be reinvited to a review due to comments against that file or thread. Ideally, there would be an ignore button and some sort of comment, like **Ignored**
