Display checkin comments for base ClearCase

SCM systems like non-UCM ClearCase have file-specific checkin comments. Code Collaborator does not display these comments, instead showing changelist-related comments, which for base ClearCase is typically "Local Changes". Providing some way to display the comments would be useful to a review of the files.
