I suggest you ...

IntelliJ IDEA plugin

I'd love an IntelliJ IDEA plugin where you could submit a local changelist (group of files within a project) to Code Collaborator.

This got “started” as a pet project long ago, and was subsequently dropped. It looks like there is a lot of support still.

I'm using IntelliJ + SVN and it's a pain to submit files to review as I use several changelists in one checkout directory. Every time I'm submitting something for review I need to manually check through all files change and left only those that are in changelists that I want to review.
It's hard to make full-featured plugin for IntelliJ, I understand, but if plugin will only allow to send list of files for review to CCollabGui, or CCollabGui will be able to get list of files pasted into it at 'select files for review' dialog it would be fine!
But if plugin will be able to replace CCollabGui it would be superb!

Code collaborator looks great. we're using crucible but i'd like to try codecollaborator. alas i am using intellij, so i'm going to stick with crucible.

currently I am doing all coding in idea and for raising review I am either coping files in eclipse worksapce or use CC client
You can understand how painful it is

We would also love to use this plugin. We're currently evaluating smart bear, and we're intellij users, so this would be awesome.

I agree that integration into the process would be great. I don't know what approach they're taking, but maybe the quickest "road to rome" might be to have the plugin launch their gui if nothing else. But we are definitely in the "yes, please!" camp!

I would also use this plugin if it were available. At the very least, allow creating a review from a specified changelist in VCS.

Integrating the actual code review process with the IDE would be great (see the reVu plugin) - it shows the comments in-place in the code and can be updated etc.. as well as a task list of outstanding action items.

Yes, this would be a great plugin. Other similar tools like crucible have this plugin.
