Indicate which participants are "subscribers"

When you're using subscriptions, some users might be in the review because of that and others were manually added, but you can't tell either in the "edit users" or "user list" sections. When you're changing participants this is especially annoying

        It would be great if there were some sort of icon in the participants list that indicates if a user was added manually or via subscription. Hovering the mouse over a "subscription" icon would display a tool-tip popup with the details of the subscription(s) that caused the user to be added as a participant to the review. Also, include that subscription information in the notification to the user.
