Right now, I have to go through the review and click "Mark read" on the "Marked defect fixed: DXXXX" comment that is generated whenever someone marks a defect fixed. I'd like the ability to ignore comments of this type, either at a per-user level or at a system level

At the very least, there needs to be the ability for the author to make file associations manually. I would like CC to do this automatically as much as possible, but the ability to handle this sort of thing manually will probably always be useful.
