We just realized our need for this feature. We have a an "integration" review that contains all of the files for a release as one last check to make sure everything is there and all merges went well. These reviews are very large and makes up the majority of the content cache. The review is no longer of any value after it's been replaced by the next release.

To follow up, we have jars, Crystal report templates, xls, etc. that if need be we can open from our repository since they can't be diff'd anyway. These files can be large and take up space without a real use for them to be uploaded.

Please add an enhancement to provide the option to turn off the reactivation, only reactivate the waiting, or reactivate everyone after X times of notifying procrastinators.

That has been a problem for me too, but I'm not sure why I haven't requested a solution.... Thank you.
